Situated in the shadows of the highest peaks in the earths tropics, you will have the chance to live in the heart of the Peruvian Andes surrounded by raw nature and unadulterated wilderness. Just 25 minutes walk from the Huascaran Park National entrance, we have the best access to the Lake 69 and Llanganuco Lakes treks. Enjoy life, enjoy the mountains.

As a volunteer, you will have all your basic living costs included in return for your work. This means that you will save your money, allowing you to develop your travel plans and adventures. Llanganuco Mountain Lodge is located in the region of Ancash, in heart of the Cordillera Blanca beside the glacial meltwater Lake Keushu. With brilliant access to the Huascaran National Park, the lodge is strategically situated amongst the giants of the range. The closet major town is Yungay (40mins drive) which is where we recommend that clients get the bus to. Huaraz is the region’s capital and is a 2hr car journey away from the lodge.
